DISGRACEFUL SERVICE AND USED GOODS

After taking my grafton everest ventura lounge set for over 7 weeks without any feedback.Russells confirmed they will replace my set with a new one they had in their warehouse in Pinetown. Finally they deliver today and this set is used scratched and torn. This is a real embarrassment to the JOSHUA DOORE GROUP and I will never purchase or refer anyone to purchase from their stores even again. <br> I refuse to accept any more stories from their useless staff and I want a new set immediately or a refund and compensation for being without my lounge set for 2 months whilst I still paid for it.<br> Useless bunch of fools always pushing the blame to everyone else and never returning calls making me waste my time and money to call everyday<br>
