Disgrace of customer service

Abselute terrible service.

I opened an account with Russell's on 20.12.2020 and all my approvls where done by the 24th due the branch dranggung their feet. I ended up having to their job by doing follow up's head office after the branch failed to do so. As if that is not enough they could not deliver the goods... I have been recieving my order in drips and drabs. I am now still wait for my fridge to be delivered, I have made several phone calls to the Wynberg branch and each time I am told they will get back me. STILL NOTHING!!!!

This is pathetic really I have bought this as Chrismas gift for my mother and it's becouse a nightmare.

No can tell me where my parcel is however I am being sent from pillar to post...I can't leave EC because I don't know if my parents will even get the delivery.

Russell's will still me to keep end of bargain by paying them at month end... But I am being treated with such unfairness and disgrace.

Who is going compensate me for this?? At the end of the day I havr to go back to CTP with bitter taste in my mouth having regretted trusting Russell's.
