Disappointment

I have been trying to get hold of karabo who handles disputes for Russell's, it's either she doesn't pick up or she tells me she will call back, my life is stuck because of you guys, I have been listed in the south African ***** and prevention services and i want to be removed, I got letter that stated I must call one of you guys, howver no one has helped over a year, iam extremely tired of all this
