Disappointing and poor customer service

Poor customer service - even after cancelling an order they couldn't deliver 3 weeks after purchase they are looking for all the reasons in the book to frustrate me even more by giving me the run around with my refund. Their policies work against customer satisfaction, it is beyond ridiculous. I was told I need to bring back the original slip of purchase into the store because they believe I may use it later stage to claim another refund - would their system not have not have on record that the refund has been paid? The jokes evidently keep writing themselves, there is really no telling how far they will go to frustrate their clients.
