Disappointed customer

I have been a longstanding customer at Russells and purchased 3 TV set from Umphakathi mall cash. The second TV that I purchased with my sister's TV license as I was with her at the time in store. A year later the TV stopped working and I returned the TV to the store for repairs. The store called me to collect a new brand new TV. I went to the store only for them not to find the TV license on the system. I explained to them that my sister closed her TV license as she has moved to Botswana. I still do not understand why can they not refund the sale then I can buy the different TV instead of an exchange that they are telling me about. I was waiting for Black Friday to buy more items but since the service I got from them, I will be moving my business elsewhere.
