Disappointed Customer

App**** on the Russel website for credit, few days later an agent from Russells called me and told me i should take supporting documents in store...i then proceeded to ask him if bradlows or Russel store in the dbn CBD have sound bars he said yes....I get there today and both stores dont have on sound bar...what a waste on taxi fare to go and not find what Im looking for....why adverstise if such aren't available in all store especially one that right in the cbd
