Disappointed and frustrated

My husband bought a wodrobe last week Saturday and was told he will be called on Monday for details of delivery but he did not get any calls from anyone Saturday 7/August we went in store to make enquiries and the person we spoke to told us that he should go home and wait for the delivery guy coz they are on their way to our house. We sat here the whole afternoon with no phone call or explanation of why we won't be seeing any delivery guy... Today he went back in store promenade branch(Russell's) he was told there's nothing they can do coz the warehouse is closed today he then asked for a refund of the money and was told it will only be processed on Tuesday and will take 2-3 working days before he gets it... Head office was called and was informed about this but they said they will do an investigation and get back to him after 4 hours but no one called him... so they can't deliver what we bought and also taking time to process the refund and not owning up to anything coz all we want now is our money so that we can go elsewhere to buy the wodrobe coz the reason we bought it in the first place was because we need it... I'm so disappointed by this service coz I feel like we being taken for granted
