Disappointed

I would like to express my disappointment poor customer service ?I laybye a bad before looting that happened in kzn I was at least expecting a call or sms saying what to do since their store was also affected till today they are still not yet open n no one called or sent anything and I don't have a bed ?Im now using mattress that I bought from China shops I went to ask to their employees who were standing outside they they told me they also do not know ?I don't know what to do I need a bad
