Direct Debit

Joshua door phoenix branch firstly mess up my debit order dates, which goes unpaid as my salary didnt go in. 2 days there after i have the branch calling me every hour as well as the call centre, I told the branch that the call centre already gave me a date to debit my acc again, however the branch decides to debit before that, now with not paying my acc for 1mnth and i do have the money, i have a women calling me from the store saying that she is disapointed n orders me that i should call back in 1hour. There after i have a few voice messages saved which the staff call me from Joshua door n tell if that they wil come pick up the stuff i bought. What service is this??? You pay late for 1mnth and people hound u like a ********. Horrible. biggest mistake dealing with Joshua Door. I have all the voice messages saved and they even now started sending me sms's from their personal number. I am shocked!!!! Never will i recommed anyone and sales lady who helped me know i gave her a few customers which i now regret.
