DELIVERY - LATE

I placed a order and have been asking for updates from the company. I always get told they within the time scale. my order has not even been processed as per the track my order system. I am disgusted in the service we pay for delivery and I am still waiting for the order to be processed over 10 working days later but I have paid in full. this has been handed to the complaints department yesterday and cannot get hold of them as just on hold for ages. THIS IS TERRIBLE WILL NOT REFER PPL TO YOUR STORE SHOULD OF GONE ELSEWHERE POOR POOR POOR POOR SERVICE
