delivery and staff has bad customer service

<p>We purchased a 40 inch TV, lincon bedroom suit and a sleepmaster queen size bed on the 27th May 2017 being promised delivery on the Monday with assembly.</p> <p>After receiving the bedroom suit and bed just after 4 the afternoon on the 29th May 2017 the delivery guys apparently forgot the tools in a other truck and they didn't have the TV in the truck.</p> <p>Spoke to Glenda about the TV and she said there was no stock abd is it fine if the send the display TV.we declined that TV as it's a 2nd hand TV then we spoke to the store manager Achmat amd were promised a TV the saturday the 3rd June 2017 and no TV not even an explanation I had to phone the store to fine out why I didn't get my TV.</p> <p>On the 5th June 2017 I received my Telefunken TV in a samsung box. </p>
