Delivered Damaged Goods

On 01st of April 2023.

I bought a wardrobe at the Evander Store, which I collected on the 05th of April 2023, it was sealed and when I got home I learned that the wardrobe was damaged and I immediately informed the sales person (Zanele), even sent pictures and was advised that the matter will be reported and I will get a new wardrobe, which until to date I have not received any correspondence either from your store nor your complaints department, nothing was done, again yesterday I contacted your head office was transferred to the branch spoke to same Zanele and promised to follow up with her manager who was not at work at the time and will call me back yesterday and she did not, therefore seeing that no one is willing can I kindly get my refund and will go to another shop.
