Delayed delivery and wrong items delivered

So we went to the store Russells in Birch Acres Mall Saturday 27 November to order 2 60inch Sansui Smart TVs this was confirmed by the sales person mxhosa that these tvs are smart tvs. Im buying these tvs via credit so they needed a few a days to confirm with my employer. when everything was done on Saturday i was promised that delivery would happen on Tuesday come Tuesday I have to call them to ask what is happening, She says she waiting on a confirmation letter from my employer of which i sent it in like 30 mins max. i mean i called everyday just to get some kind of update. When I got ahold of them Lerato was like it will be delivered friday latest Saturday . One TV was delivered on Friday 11:45.. We check the TV its not a smart TV. We call to let them know, they do not give us a feedback. Its 14h00 now and im waiting for some kind of solution. They are forcing me to buy a smjart box which is more money on my side .. they need to fix this urgently. If i dont get the smart TVs I asked for TODAY. They need cancel the contract
