Delay Delivery

We bought furniture on the 27.11.2021 paid full including delivery till today it has no yet been delivered. A lady who works the in Idutywa when I called yersteday had a nerve to drop the line on. My kids arrived yersteday and had to sleep in the floor because you choose not to delivery had meat I sent home it's going to be rotten because Russells in Idutywa decided to keep the fridge we full paid, Our couches wall unit after we have spent that much this is the service we get. I'm so disappointed.
