Defy twin tub not given attention to be fixed

We bought a few items at Joshua Doore Temba(Hisense 40inch,Defy 4plate,Zenith Plasma stand,Defy 13kg).The defy twin tub does not spin and a complain was logged at the branch with Augustine since this complain was logged...It has been a while and no call from defy.We know that it only takes 2 days for defy to come to the house since we have bought defy products and had complaints before.This shows that complain was never logged on APT nor did the branch Call defy and got a Job card,because of this we will be cancelling the deal since this is not the first we had problems with Joshua doore Temba.If this is not solved we will cancell deal and buy somewhere else.Our order number:***7 Delivery no.***.Client :Nthabiseng Lekalakala cell:*** or ***
