Good day,
I have purchased a bed from Russells in November 2020, attached is the invoice which provides the detail of the purchase for your perusal. To start off, I have had a painful experience with this purchase, starting off with late delivery, and then no stock of my purchased item. I was then offered an alternate product which I had accepted which was then delivered swiftly, thanks to the wonderful consultant I had chatted with as well as her manager (their names unfortunately I cannot recall).
The purpose of my email today is to express my dissatisfaction with the current state of the bed I have purchased, the foot of the base has sunk in (so if one had to sit at the bottom of the bed – the mattress just sinks in), further to this when using the bed the springs / coils makes a noise as if it is 10 years old.
This product is a little over four months old and I really did not expect it to malfunction the way it has. If a picture of the product is required to verify it’s fault, let me know and I will provide it.
I would like this defective bed to be collected and a replacement to be provide on the same day – Please do not expect otherwise as I cannot be expected to sleep without a bed. If you are unable to resolve this issue, please escalate this matter to your MD or CEO both of whom I have previously requested to speak with, but was not afforded that opportunity. It would be distasteful if I was provided with a defective bed to resolve my initial complaint.
Regards Avinash
