Defective furniture & poor service

We bought an Adrian 6 piece action daybed online, it was delivered on the 22nd of May however the other piece was defective. Driver took it back to exchange and brought it back today on the 25th. Funny enough it is still defective. May you kindly send a new sofa and come fetch this one. Order number is ***. We have called the call centre several times and told to go to the shop.
