Defective Atlas Dressing Table

Purchased an Atlas dressing table on 12/07/25 from Russells in Edenvale. It was delivered on 16/07/25 and upon unwrapping the plastic packaging defects were noted. It has been over a month: I have not received my refund after more than 14 working days of completing necessary forms. I'm now being told that I cannot get my refund until warehouse collects the defective dressing table. Worst experience.
