debt not moving after making payment arrangement

<p>I had a credit with eletric express of a plasma. Contract agreement was to pay 1700 instalment. Unfortunately I lost my job and went to report to them . Then I contuined to make 1700 with my uif . Then after I made arrangement of 600 .I was left with 3500. But funny the amount was not moving. Till I went to the shop ask them. They told that 600 was holding my tv not to be repossessed. By right that tv is complete. When you ask them to print out the invoice from the beginning of actual payment. They will put you pillar to post. And they can't even help , and this account is 2012 . Then they hand me over telling me is discounted. If though you made arrangement initially amount owing has to go down. Please assist I feel electric express now Russell's they taking advantage. </p>
