Damaged Used Couches Resold

I bough a lounge Black 3 piece Dynasty Graffton Everest Lounge suite and Sleep Master Queen Bed set in May 2015 from Joshua Door.<br> The goods were delivered whilst i was at work.<br> When i arrived home i did not check the goods as they were all sealed except for the 3 seater couche - the packaging was not sealed.<br> There was lots of dirt between the couches the first time i cleaned them and i questioned myself how can a brand new couche have crumbs and old dirt between the seats.<br> After 3 months, i the noticed there was a plastic on the arm rest of the couche and removed it.<br> To my dismay the black plastic was a cover up to the torn arm rest -filled with adhesive.<br> I immediately went to Cosmo City Russells and laid a complaint wit ha very friendly manager and sales person who walked me patiently through the process This was 23/10/2015<br> I received an sms with the reference numbers and a call that staff assessors would be sent out to assist me.<br> Until today no response
