damaged property

i purchased a bed and a home theatre at joshua doore in arcadia pretoria. when they went to deliver at my flat the guy who was driving the truck broke the electric fence the was a fridge also in the truck, he ran through the gate with with fridge hitting the fence, the fridge that i did not purchase. All of this happed on the 3rd of September 2015 then on the 4th September 2015 i called the complaints number ***i spoke to a lady she said to me this matter will be resolved in 3-5 days, i have been calling for 2 weeks and nothing is being done. At my place the gate has to be fixed and i must pay the money before friday. Monday i called again and i spoke to Savile and he said he was going to call me back bt he never did, again on tuesday a gentlmen called me and he said he wsa going to call me back in 5 minutes but he never did. I called again today spoke to a lady she says nothing has been done yet. Please i need help so that i can sort this thing out. This thing is very frustrating i cna not even have a peaceful sleep because i am thinking about this.
