damaged lounge suit

Since I posted a report on hellopeter.com on September 4th last year joshua doore rep**** the next day and they said they will attend to the matter, they sent an assessor in October to check if the lounge suit was not abused by us, and he assessed them and saw it was not abused by us he told us that he will send them a quote and they will come to take the couch to fix it. It has been 5months since, they haven't come to take the couch, they haven't called, no sms no email nothing!!! Will we ever hear from them?
