damaged kitchen unit delivered .

I bought a kitchen unit russells Germiston in May 2018 , the Kitchen unit was delivered and it was damaged , i reported it and they have not collected nor delivered a new one . I was told that the warehouse does not have stock . Now i am sitting with a damaged kitchen unit since may . I asked for a refund and i was told to have patience and that if i want a refund , i will have to bring the damaged unit to their store at my cost , i had already paid a delivery fee .

customer service is not helpful at all , they keep on referring me back to the store which does not have any phones at the moment .

The service you get with furniture stores after you have paid is very poor .
