Damaged goods purchased

Bought a bed and base set at Kerk street JHB, within one month the mattress sank and the bases wooden planks fell in. Registered a claim and followed the necessary process this was in February 2015. Till to date no feedback. Item was authorized for exchange but I am now been sent from pillar to post and what I need to do. The branch says call JDG, JDG says go to the branch. I cannot do this every time as I have more important things to do with my time
