Damaged goods delivered

I bought a wardrobe from the store..They delivered a damaged wardrobe. I took photos and called the store after being passes back and forth between warehouse and store.warehouse told me the stores is responsible .I asked them to swop my wardrobe with the 1 in the store.no 1 has come back to me..I now want a refund I am fed up.
