Damaged goods
I visited the Somerset west store and purchased a wall unit. The first ever unit that caught my eye in 10 years of searching.ibwas supper excited raving over the consultant about my pretty unit.Fought my husband who did not want a unit like that..Until my dissapointment the unit was delivered but damaged. The very next morning I was in the store and the consultant appoligised and again I had nr.2 wallunit deliverd and also damaged. And so this continued until the 4th unit was delivered and returned also damaged. I then went to the store and cancelled everything. The poor manager and consultant felt so bad they convinced ne to rather take another unit.and after 2months of wallunitvdissapountmnets I went ti choose another. Belive me the unit was just now delivered and also damaged. What now.. Who do I blame the warehouse, the store, the delivery guys.I must say the priducts of Joshua Door is of bad qaulity and I personally think someone should checkbthe furnisher befire leaving the warehouse. Well as for me I am still sitting without my walunit and has loss all faith Joshua Door. I cannot belive that what u see on display is not what u get. I ams so finish with them. Will advise nobod<br>
