damaged goods

We had perchaseda lounge suit on the 11 November 2014 in December 2014 WE found many faults like there was lots of wires jatting out of the couches the material was coming of there sofas were sinking in ,in just a month we lodged a complaint about it n had to wait for them to pick it up on 11 may 2015 it was picked up for repairs then a month after they brought it back but it's was not repaired it was in worse conditions there was no legs on it so we sent it back sane day , we spoke to the manager Lance rooplal on numerous occasions but it was of no help yesterday we went up to him in person n he asked us to collect the money for the sofa's cause he can't do anything n then he said he was going to show us something on his pc but whilst talking to us he took a call for so long knowing we standing in front of him waiting then our sales representative Navina spoke to us and explainedto us that the supplier had mixed our goods with another person and that she extremely sorry and she going to keep checking and keep us updated this is stupid cause the sales representative has more management skills than the manager him self he was rude and arrogant and has no people skills how do yo
