Damaged couches

Hellopeter... I bought a set of couches at Russels Maclear Easterncape sometime in February 2024. And they said they don't have transport I should organize a transport and I did. When they were fetched they already wrapped them ...

when they got home unwrapped all of them were damaged like they were second hand or eaten by Rats I took photos and went back to Russels the manager shouted at me told me they don't sell second hands then I left and called the head office, they gave me a reference number and told me me they will get back to me and they never did.
