damaged bed room suit

On the 25 of november 2014 i bought a bedroom suit cash and they deliver a damaged bedroom suit i went back to the store and told them my problem and they promise to exchange wich was onky dine end of march and I was given the worse item than before and went back to the store snd the manager told me that there is nothing he can do I have to call head office which i did and head office told me thst the manager need to solve my problem ,I call the area nanager and he promise to phone me on friday so that i can go to store to choose what i want because i no longer want the damage item but still nothing ,peter please help me to get ny money because ther dont want to help me ,I dont think i will ever go to their shop they onky want our money
