customer complain

I had a terrible experience at russells i bought something online was delivered faulty and i was told to take it to the store and that time i bought online as i didnt wanna go to the store and i payed delivery fee and i had to spend another money,i did take the item to the store on the 25th of october till today nothing has happened they have my money and the item. i believe they are giving me this service because i'm black, since they require us to put our race when we register its because they wanna treat black people like sh**t.
