Customer Complain

I bought a bedroom suit and waldrop from Russells and Joshua Doore , what happened was my furniture was delivered separately, they delivered waldrop first and they kept quiet, they did not say when they will deliver my bedroom suit I had to keep calling them. Then they sent my bedroom suit with a driver who was not wearing a uniform, the bedroom suit was ruin ,had scares all over no scrus to connect the suit, the driver refused to help us connect the suit for us ,we asked him about the scares ,he said he knows nothing, we were left with a furniture that is ruin no scrus. the driver said it not his fault that the furniture is ruined he said it was a display maybe it got ruined when their were disconnecting it. I call the store ,asked to speak to a manager his is Victor, I told him that am not happy with the furniture he told me to send him pictures of the furniture in his personal cell phone ,then I did ,he just blue ticked me not responding after seeing the pictures. I phoned again and he told me that it his phone ,if he doesn't want to respond he won't. Yesterday I phone him as soon as he noticed that it was me he stared swearing at me telling me that I have a big month, he was so rude to me and he told me he won't help me ,he said it our business, now am stuck with a ruin furniture that I payed for.i asked him how can I be given a furniture that was a display than he did not answer.....what a rude manager in Hluhluwe branch .is it how Hluhluwe Manager is trained to speak to customers and how do I stay with a ruin furniture.
