Cozy Nights Mattress

I bought a Cozy nights mattress online and within a few weeks it had lost its firmness and support. They replaced the mattress and it still did the same thing. I was then advised to get a a different brand and add extra. The entire process took a month and half whilst I had no mattress or bed to sleep, totally inconsiderate. This has been the worst experience from a furniture store I have had. I definitely would not recommend using their services.
