couches from russells

l bought couches for R15 000 from russlles on account and im so disappointed. after a year and half of having these couches they started peeling and cracking. l tried going back to the shop but it closed down. last year in Novemeber l even went to bradlows so they can help but till today nothing has been done.

Imagine having to pay almost R28 000 in two years for couches that didn't even last that long. The call center for JD didn't even help and l wonder why they say on the statement if you want to lay a complaint call that particular number. The guy was even rude and getting agitated with me :(
