******* AND ******

On the 5th of May i went to the Gugulethu Russells store to make a 3 piece lounge suite laybye, the sales order number is ********** 2 and i paid a deposit of R700. Because of work schedules where i can not go to the store to make payments, i called the head office to request for banking details for making EFT payments. They told me that the banking details would have to be given by the store i made the laybye in, so i called the store and i spoke to MICHEAL who gave me a choice between FNB and ABSA and because i already use FNB as my bank, i requested he give me FNB and i made the payment of R600 and it was successful for the month end of May. For the month of June i made another EFT payment of R700 and that was successful, you can imagine my suprise when i received an sms to say i only paid R700 instead of the collective of R2000 that i had paid, so i phoned head office and they informed it was an error and i should call the store for clarity. Again i was suprised when they told me i only paid R700 and after speaking to a very rude lady GERALDINE who didnt give a dam about customer service, again i spoke to MICHEAL who advised that due to understaff and overload of work GERLADINE who was supposed to capture these payments manually had no done so yet. He promised me that he would sort it out and call me later once it has been sorted out, the whole of last week went by and no call was received by myself. Today i have once again spoken to Michael and advised him of my situation and no answers were provided, he just said he would again talk to GERALDINE and call me back for resolution. I HAVE BOTH TELEPHONIC RECORDINGS OF MY CONVERSATIONS WITH GERALDINE AND MICHAEL, I ALSO HAVE THE BANK STATEMENTS OF MY PAYMENTS to the banking details given by MICHAEL. To me this seems like a clear case of *******ion and i would like to request to have my money back and cancel your silly lay-bye and go to a more reputable and customer centric store.
