Consultant hung up when I asked for help
Tshepo had the audacity to hung up on me while I requested for a simple reference number to pay my account since my ID was rejected when I used it as a reference. She was rude. I do not appreciate taking my time, using my own funds to call and a person hungs up on me..I am a client for heaven's sake.. I will make sure I never do business with this company again. Now am four days late with the payment because of not obtaining a simple reference number and to make it worse the consultant hungs up..Who the hell hungs up on an inbound call???
