Confirmation Message *Business Name:* Russels Atlantis *Review:* I bought a freezer not les than siX months the freezer stopped working...i went back to the store to ask them for an exchange instead of the exchange they said they are unable to exchange they gonna repair it...i told them i have a 2year garantee on my proof of purchase they insisted on repair...then alot of phone calls was made and alot of people was spoken to so unproffesional i was the one that had to phne back or go in to the store for feedback...then they said its fine i can exchange it...I spoke to the store manager Cheryl Khelderman she said they are not responsible for pick up with a whole lot of stories that is not my problem...i also paid for delivery fee and still my freezer is not picked up and exchanged...The Service is Beyond POOR!!!!!!
