Complaint on Russell’s service

Russell’s has been giving me the run around for my money. I purchased 2 wardrobes on the 23rd of Dec 2020 it’s now the 11th Jan 2021 and no one knows when these will be delivered. They claim to be out of stock from the warehouse but are not being definite on whether they will refund me or not.

I am now leaving Eastern Cape with no idea when the items will be delivered @Russells come right I need my money, I can’t pay cash for something and it takes you more than 3 weeks to have it delivered.
