Complaint of stove

I bought a 4 plate stove and microwave yesterday. When I get home the big plate is not working. When I get to the store today I'm told I must bring back the stove myself which means I need to hire a delivery car again to bring and to take back the stove. The manager's attitude is so unbearably. He does not even pay attention while I'm talking he is busy with the phone. The painful part is that I bought those things cash.
