Complaint: No refund or replacement

On 28 September 2023 I purchased a Hisense H60 cellphone at Russell’s Cosmo City Mall. I noticed the phone was faulty then took it back to the store on after 1 day (30 September 2023) I spoke to Khanyisa and he told me the phone would be assessed and I should expect results in a few days. I’ve been calling and am still told the phone hasn’t been assessed and still in the store. I’ve called head office and been to the store several times but nothing has been resolved. I have even begged for a refund or a replacement since I returned the phone within a day, but no help. I’m really frustrated and this is the worst service I’ve ever received in my life. It’s been more than 38 days and II want my money back from these ****mers.
