Complaint

I had a very bad experience with Russels. I opened an account and was approved, however beforehand I could take anything with the credit I changed my mind an decided to buy everything cash now the problem is that I have asked for the account be removed and the account closed, whenever I request that I’m being told the account is closed. I keep getting notifications and this is still showing and ruining my credit record. This has been going on for over a year now with no assistance from their Call Centres both via email and chat channels
