Complaint

Bought lounge suite told them will collect and i was told they waiting for stock they will call me on arrival at the store they call on the 11th to say we can pick up on the 12 stalk has arrived so i drove to pick up upon arrival with my bakie was told they still waiting really waited three hours in front of the store till 13h00 told them i came as they told me the stalk has arrived they will need to deliver now ita lies after lies im told to go get a refund or pay for delivery so whose paying for my petrol and my time i waited there?
