Complaint

have a huge problem concerning Firstly I had a laybye of R17000 made on the 25/01/2020 yesterday I paid the balance of R47 I went yesterday to collect my items they said one is missing I told them il fetch it today 27 Nov I go there again to collect my items They tell me it's still no there and I should collect them Thursday I can't have them Thursday because I have renovations today and my house and need those items as soon as possible Secondly the guy who has always assisted in this laybye told us delivery is free an all of a sudden he says its R250 and I live less than 1km away from the store. Thirdly that very same guy wanted to give me an item thats on display and the fridge door doesn't close the rubber Is worn off And I clearly stated I wouldn't want displayed items.I want compensation on this issue for inconveniences caused it's been 7 days with no reply.
