Complaint

Good evening I just want to tell you of my displeasure about your store in Brits , where I paid for a Gazebo on 06.08.2020 and was promised it will be ordered and have waited till today where i was informed it has arrived . Upon my arrival at Russels was happy that it is finally here and the box was opened and just thot maybe its because they checked if its right ,when i got home and opened the bag i discovered that this Gazebo was used before and its not new and i was not informed .I would like to request for a new Gazebo as this hqs inconvenienced me so much and feel like i have always been told lies , this is not what i expected from a big group like Russels and honestly feel betrayed ,why was i not told initially that i will be buying a second hand item.
