Complaint about Russels shop

I bought a microwave from Russels store at Protea Glen mall in August, it worked for a month and stopped working. I took it back to the store, up to this day o do not have a microwave and they are not saying anything. I called the store manager, and she advised me to report to hello Peter. I hope I will get assistance. Thank you.
