Complaint about Russell's Furniture store service

I am writing to complain about a problem we are facing with a fridge bought from Russell's store at Shop 10, Shoprite Centre, 87 Main Road, Elliotdale, Eastern Cape, 5070

My mother bought a fridge at this branch. The fridge was supposed to be delivered there, but instead it was delivered to us in Cape Town. This has caused a lot of inconvenience because the fridge is needed in Elliotdale, not here.

We reported this problem to the store immediately and asked for the fridge to be collected and delivered to the correct place. However, it has now been about 16 days and nothing has been done. The store manager keeps telling us that she will get back to us, but we are still waiting with no clear help or solution.

This situation is very frustrating. We trusted the company to give us good service, especially mother who has been using Russell's from early years, we have been disappointed. We need this issue to be fixed as soon as possible.

We kindly ask that: The fridge must be collected from Cape Town urgently The fridge must be delivered to Elliotdale without any further delay We receive proper communication and updates from your side

If this matter is not resolved quickly, we will be forced to take further steps.
