COMPLAIN OF PAID UP LETTER FOR RUSSELLS ACCOUNT NUMBER ***

I had Russells furniture loans account number *** i had financial problems i failed to pay as we agreed so they handed over that account to Brooks & Luyt INC Attorneys we made they called me and tell me that the account is handed over to them we arranged payments after sometime i called them and request a settlement letter indeed they did sent me settlement letter with a correct reference of the account *** but with a wrong name of the shop they sent me Price & Pride name instead of Russells i was a member of National Debt counsellors by then since last year July 2019 i was calling them to give me the right paid up letter for Russells furniture account so that i can clear my debt review status by the paid up letter everytime when i apply for credit they tell me that I'm still on debt review so they can't assist me i have tried by many ways to request them to give us the correct paid up letter but they are not willing to help me when i call Brooksluyt Attorneys they tell me that the account that was handed to them was for Price & Pride if i want Russells paid up letter i must call Russells directly they are the once who have this account when i call Russells they tell me that they no longer having that account is with their lawyers the mistake was done by the person who handed over the account to their lawyers I've sent them many emails this days they are no longer replying to my emails they have punished me for so long my life is now under their control they just putted my life on hould for 1 year and 1month can you please help me to get the paid up letter & clear my name with debt review status so that I can move on with my life my trust is now on you
