Complain of damaged goods and disgusting poor service of Russell's Nigel store

I am disgusted with Russell's poor service Nigel branch , I bought a bed 152cm base set and a 4 plate stove on the 4th of November 2020 the roblem started after 2 days of purchase the bed made funny noises you can't even make love on that bed it's like I bought it 20 years ago and I went to them laid a complain I got a text on my phone saying they will come bring my 152cm bed on 10 December 2020 and the never pitched up and I went back to them fighting for their poor service the manger promised she will make a plan but still nothing I got a text massanger on begging of the year saying on the 11th of this month I will get my bed and they didn't pitch or maybe get an apology text nothing. So may you please help me regarding the situation I am facing and another problem with the four plate stove today it shuttered the internal glass while I was using the oven so please help their service is poor and their selling s****
