Complain- No refund recieved after three weeks

Russels furniture at bellville has the worst services, its five weeks later I have not recieved my money and they cancel my calls. I bought a bed and hailey headboard at russel bellville, only a bed was delivered, week later went to ask why I was informed that there was something wrong with the order they made it will be corrected, I complained for lack of communication. They informed me it will be delivered the following day. One week later again I went there because it was still not delievered. I was inforned it is still not corrected. I requested for a refund, 2 weeks back money is not received still . I always have to call to find out what is the hold up. I purchased on the 10th of June requested for a refund two weeks later till now no refund recieved.
