Complain

On 27th September I cancelled my lay-by at Phumulani Mall manager promised me that I will be refunded after 14 to 21 days till to date they haven’t refund my money when I visit the store they don’t want to assist me. They don’t want to give me feedback about what caused the delay and they even ignore me.at the same time they have my documents with them. They insist to give me proof off cancellation
