Complain

I have purchased a bed (elbo queen ) at Russells which was delivered to new my place on the 29/06/2022 of which i started to use on the 02/07/2022 but already the base is damaged ,i called where i bought(sebokeng plaza) i was promised that they have launched a complain but i never got a call to say they will replace the bed .i need them to come with the new bed and replace it so that they can a damaged one.please help me before it gets worse

I also experienced problems at thabong shopping center at truworths ,i went to unblock my card i was told that they are not doing that on Saturdays by that time i was told to come on Saturday .i feel helpless and wasted my money for transport
